Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Trivandrum. The Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating leads, handling sales operations, and managing channel sales. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, coordinating with distribution partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

• Channel Sales management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Skills in Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Sales and Communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
