Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to drive partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue opportunities for QUIX and Banzan’s other businesses.
You’ll be the face of our company to potential clients, identifying prospects, pitching our offerings, managing relationships, and helping shape how brands interact through gaming and interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients, agencies, and brand partners.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches for QUIX and custom projects.
- Develop a clear understanding of client requirements and collaborate with the internal team (Product, Creative, and Tech) to translate them into solutions.
- Track and manage leads, proposals, and deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Assist in organizing product demos, brand meetings, and showcase events.
- Keep an eye on market trends in gaming, marketing, and digital engagement.
Who You Are?
2-3 years of minimum experience in Business Development /Sales / Partnerships (experience in marketing, media, tech, events or gaming is a plus).
Extrovert and smooth conversationalist.Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal. English and vernacular.Confident, persuasive, and self-driven.Comfortable in client-facing discussions and proactive in outreach.A good team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Passion for gaming, digital media, or brand engagement is highly valued.Social Media savvy.Perks & Culture
