UX Designer - Figma

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing user-centric solutions, optimizing business applications, and delivering intuitive experiences across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective UX / UI solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to gather insights and improve solution design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups ensuring consistency with Microsoft design guidelines.
• Enhance workflows, dashboards, and forms within D365 CRM for improved user adoption and efficiency.
• Work on cross-platform integration and ensure seamless user experience across CRM, Power Apps, and other connected systems.
• Provide guidance on UX best practices and contribute to the product roadmap from a design perspective.
