UI / UX Designer - Figma

Responsibilities :

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices
• Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI / UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle
