1. HR Assistant (Remote)
Job Summary :
The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management. This is a remote role ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle HR documentation such as offer letters and contracts.
Assist with payroll data, attendance, and employee benefits coordination.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
Requirements :
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
