Description : Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle.
The role will also involve training and mentoring HR freshers, ensuring they gain a strong foundation in HR practices and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end HR Generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct and coordinate induction programs, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Train and guide HR freshers, helping them understand HR systems, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
MUST HAVE Skills :
