Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and maintain faculty schedules, meetings, and class timetables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external academic correspondence via email
- Draft, send, and respond to academic and administrative emails professionally and promptly
- Liaise between faculty members and academic administration for scheduling or communication needs
- Assist in organizing academic events, meetings, and departmental activities
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, communications, and documentation
- Provide administrative support to academic staff as needed
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups on scheduled meetings or tasks
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Administration preferred)12 years of experience in academic or administrative support roles (freshers may be considered if skilled)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficientlySkills Required
