Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Valeth Aerospace and Defence Division. The ideal candidate will handle both professional and personal administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for the MD.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official communication.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate and assist with ongoing projects and event planning.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and business-critical information.
- Provide personal and administrative support to the MD as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.Skills Required
