Overview :

We’re looking for a highly analytical Purchasing & Material Sourcing Manager to lead procurement operations for our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SQL and data analysis skills with hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization. Experience in e-commerce is required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Use SQL and advanced Excel to analyze purchasing data, track supplier performance, and optimize material sourcing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Build and maintain a reliable vendor network and pricing database.
• Lead and mentor purchasing team members.
• Standardize procurement processes and reporting for efficiency.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely material delivery and resolve supplier or invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to align on budgets and schedules.
