Genpact is hiring senior Linux System Administrator who must be good at root cause analysis, Implement, Perform, Provide Technical Support, Recommend Support, Create Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across technology teams to ensure seamless operations and project alignment.
• Implement infrastructure including hardware, servers, and virtual machines.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
• Provide prompt and thorough technical support, including root cause analysis and testing.
• Drive automation and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, implementations, and support activities.
• Recommend and implement support strategies to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with teams to validate system operability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies across all systems.
• Manage and maintain physical Dell servers, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting and hardware lifecycle management
