Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate the value proposition of our SaaS product to prospective clients.
• Assist in product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to address technical queries and pre-sales requirements.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to share with the Product team for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to proposal development, sales decks, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with product features, updates, and industry trends.
