About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Seller Consultant - Walmart Connect, to join our dynamic team.

Walmart Connect - a retail media business within Walmart, Inc aims to keep up with the changing world of Walmart customers by offering more than just media and helps brands connect with customers more often and more meaningfully through omnichannel experiences. In this role, you will be jointly responsible for driving the success of our third-party sellers by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive on the Walmart Marketplace through WM Connect. This will mean enabling internal sales and account management teams to deliver on their responsibilities and goals, by setting up processes, mechanisms, SOPs and tools for troubleshooting issues, navigating internal processes and delivering better seller experience using Advertising as a critical lever. You will also be responsible for measuring seller satisfaction by sourcing, analyzing and actioning on feedback from sellers. This role requires a good understanding of retail media, operational excellence, analytical skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

About the Team

The Walmart India Cross Border team provides an opportunity for Indian brands, manufacturers, MSMEs and other potential sellers sell their products across global Walmart online marketplaces helping them expand their business internationally as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace (Cross Border Trade), where they could reach a growing market of more than 120 million U.S. consumers each month. This is part of Walmart’s efforts to expand its sourcing from India to $10 billion a year by 2027.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the adoption of WMC services, new features and tools to improve product visibility while maintaining a healthy standard of RoaS and Tacos
  • Identify and address key day to day issues impacting sellers’ performance and experience with WMC sponsored products
  • Act as a liaison between India sellers and business teams in the Marketplace Solutions to support key initiatives that allow India sellers to leverage the Walmart Connect competitive advantage
  • Refine business processes to optimize Ad performance leading up to it to driving KPIs / KRAs on a regular basis on the IN CBT team
  • Implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve seller Ad performance, retention on WM connect contributing to satisfaction on the Walmart Marketplace
  • Represent the voice of the seller in internal discussions, surface product / engineering opportunities to advocate for customer service ensuring a cohesive and supportive seller experience
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance and delivery of high-quality, actionable seller-facing content, including guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices in the Ad space
  • Monitor, analyze and present seller Ad performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including WMC Global teams, Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing etc..
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in seller enablement within the e-commerce landscape to identify new opportunities to differentiate WM Connects offerings

What you’ll bring

  • MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
  • Atleast 1+ years of experience in media / digital advertising preferred
  • Proven track record of executing successful programs that drive business growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment with cross functional teams
