Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage client relationships and understand their staffing needs.
- Present and promote Teamware Solutions’ services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in staffing or IT services).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
