Execution Head – Interior Projects (Pan India)

Job description8–12 years in site execution for high-end residential / commercial interior projects Must have handled multi-site execution across cities, with ownership from BOQ to handover Expertise in preparing & reviewing BOQs, tendering, cost management, MIS reports Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools Strong command over contractor negotiations, vendor sourcing, and quality checks Must be passionate about bringing creative interior design visions to life, on time and within budget Fluent communication in English and Hindi; ability to manage NRI client updates is a bonus Willing to travel frequently Lead end-to-end execution of interior design projects across all Maison Vistaar locations Coordinate between design, procurement, site teams, and clients Prepare BOQs, track budget approvals, and maintain milestone documentation Manage and monitor contractors, vendors, and vendors’ quality of work Create handover checklists, manage snag lists, and ensure site documentation Supervise timely procurement deliveries and installation schedules Troubleshoot issues during execution without compromising design intent Maintain daily reporting and ensure projects stay within timelines
Location : Based in Mumbai, with pan-India travel
Qualification :
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Project Management
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)
