We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Management Head to lead and oversee our India business operations. This role is pivotal in driving project success, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Ownership : Drive sales revenue for the India business by managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end project execution—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer contracts and purchase orders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, finance, and sales teams to align project goals and execution.
Contract & Claims Management : Oversee contract compliance and ensure timely claims management and resolution.
Customer Engagement : Represent the organization in customer meetings, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Process Improvement : Continuously enhance project management processes, systems, and tools to support organizational strategy and efficiency.
Strategic Problem Solving : Address wide-ranging project and contract issues with effective solutions and timely closures.
Critical Task Execution : Take ownership of high-priority tasks that contribute to project and organizational success.
Team Culture : Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that supports team growth and performance.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional industrial or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of contract management and customer engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
