Administration Executive :
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee general office administration, including housekeeping, facilities, and office supplies.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Maintain employee attendance records, access cards, and related documentation.
Support HR and Finance teams in administrative tasks like onboarding formalities, asset issuance, and expense management.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and documentation related to administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements in the workplace.
Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Attention to detail with problem-solving skills & others.
