Cath Lab Nurse

Job descriptionAssist in patient preparation and monitoring during cardiac catheterization procedures Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure care to patients in the cath lab Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities during procedures Maintain sterile environment and ensure proper handling of cath lab equipment Assist cardiologists and medical staff during interventions and emergencies Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and instructions Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Educational Qualification :
- B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in a cardiac catheterization lab (Cath Lab)
Experience :
Skills Required
electrophysiology, cardiac monitoring , patient assessment , aseptic technique
