ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement and Operations Team within Education and Marketing. This role plays a critical part in improving the systems, processes, and ways of working that support the CA Program and pathways programs.
Working closely with education subject matter experts, operational teams, and technology partners, you’ll analyse current‑state processes, design future‑state solutions, and help drive change that enhances learner, educator, and stakeholder experiences. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys translating complex operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business process improvements that enhance learner and educator experiences
- Partner closely with Education SMEs, technical teams and operational teams to understand what the business needs
- Document business requirements, procedures, workflows and process maps to help teams move to the new way of working
- Lead workshops and discussions with the business teams to map processes and design future-state solutions
- Create easy‑to‑follow process and requirements documents that teams can use day to day
- Make sure requirements are tracked and carried through from design to delivery
- Support change initiatives including business cases, new system implementations
- Champion continuous improvement across a dynamic and collaborative team
- Use data, digital tools, and new technologies (including AI) to support better decisions and improve efficiency
ABOUT YOU
You’re a collaborative and outcomes‑focused Business Analyst who is comfortable working in complex, evolving environments. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy influencing outcomes without formal authority.
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Strong experience mapping processes and driving process improvement initiatives
- The ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements including experience analysing current vs future state to identify opportunities
- The ability to build trusted collaborative relationships across teams
- Experience working with agile delivery approaches and tools (e.g. Jira, Miro, Kanban, Figma, Visio, Promapp) to assess business problems and recommend solutions
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
- A pragmatic, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with strong attention to detail and a focus on solutions
- A passion for improving learner and educator experiences through better processes and systems
- Ability to develop user training materials and run workshops.
Desirable experience:
- Experience within education, higher education, or training environments
- Exposure to education management systems (LMS, student management systems, CRM)
- Experience working on large‑scale operational or system change initiatives
- Familiarity with change management practices, system integrations, or APIs
- Experience with GenAI tools
