Job descriptionGraduate / Postgraduate in Business / Marketing. 3–4 years’ experience in e-commerce (FMCG preferred). Strong knowledge of marketplaces & D2C platforms. Analytical mindset with strong communication skills. No politics. No micromanagement. Logic > We value passion over pressure, logic over loudness, and growing together. Pintola has grown 20x in the last 6 years, bootstrapped without burning investor money. From a small passionate startup, we’ve become a healthy snacking powerhouse, loved by millions and competing head-to-head with MNC giants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage sales & operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) and Pintola’s D2C website.
- Optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
- Plan & achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
- Coordinate with supply chain & marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Analyze performance data and share regular reports.
