Interior Design Project Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of premium interior projects - from partial design to full handover. You'll be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery, flawless quality, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project execution - timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Review and interpret 2D / 3D drawings across civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines.
• Identify design gaps, potential site issues, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and track dependencies.
• Conduct regular site inspections (in person and remotely) to maintain quality standards.
• Act as the bridge between clients, designers, and site teams.
• Share timely project updates and weekly progress reports with all stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Ensure checklists, work methods, and SOPs are followed at every stage.
