We are looking for driven Sales Executives to help take PerformAce's Martech solutions to market. You will prospect and convert agency leads, decode briefs, and co-pilot multi-objective campaigns, from brand awareness and recall to mid-funnel consideration .
This isn't conventional media sales, it's consultative and solution-oriented , powered by proprietary Martech built for scale, transparency, and audience precision.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Development :Identify, approach, and convert media agencies, brand teams, and digital partners looking for precision-driven media solutions.Consultative Selling :Decode client briefs and map them to PerformAce's ecosystem, from audience planning (InsightX) to activation (VisionTV, AudienceX, NativeHub).Pilot-First Approach :Pitch our test-and-scale model : run a pilot with 10-15% of media budgets, deliver impact, and expand share of wallet.Cross-Channel Collaboration :Work closely with strategy, pre-sales, and operations teams to ensure proposal alignment, execution feasibility, and measurable outcomes.Pipeline Ownership :Track outreach, conversions, and revenue through CRM. Own your revenue targets and build repeatable sales success.Client Confidence :Sell not just inventory, but transparency, control, and business results - backed by real-time dashboards, API integrations, and bandwidth absorption from our ops team.Key Requirements :
2-4 years of digital media sales experience (agency / brand / DSP / native platform / CTV preferred)Strong understanding of branding and consideration-led digital campaign salesProven ability to decode briefs and map client objectives to scalable tech solutionsConfident communicator with strong consultative and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with high accountability and drive to hit revenue targetsComfort with cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced execution cyclesWhat You're Really Selling :
