Ecommerce Techno Functional Analyst

The incumbent should be able to manage large and medium scale projects and application in following areas in payment industry :

• Payment gateway system (issuing and acquiring) and PG Wrapper such as MiGS, Cybersource, MPGS, PayU, RAZORPAY etc.
• Local and global payments networks and processing services.
• Settlement systems.
• Ecom transaction flows.
• Banking Switch functionalities.
• Payment Schemes (MasterCard / Visa / NPCI) certification projects.
• Fully versed with ISO 8583 and EMV chip terminologies.
• API based integrations.
• Credit Card / Debit Card / Prepaid card authorization application.
• QR and SMS based payment integrations .

Key Responsibilities :

Supporting on implementation of the payment products / payment gateway services for various client verticals.

Interacting with clients to understand the requirements.

Liaising with technology team / vendors to implement solutions, implement additional enhancements to the platform.

Responsible for making process notes, integration / interface documents; and communicating them to clients / internal operations team members.

Providing inputs into the underlying process flows / workflows / systems for service improvement; and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients / existing clients.

Escalating issues that are open; or not resolved within the predefined timeframe.

Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner.

Familiarity of processes relating to Internet Payment Gateway.

Candidate must have :

Hands on experience with Payment gateway products like MiGS, Cybersource, MPGS,PayU,RAZORPAY or have worked with Payment service providers, aggregators etc

Excellent communication skills, ability to handle clients in a mature and highly responsive manner.

Familiarity with technology / web based applications / process mapping skills / business requirements definition.

Ability to interact with multiple teams and perform effective delivery of the final requirement.

Familiarity with SQL, API based Integrations and able to review queries. Project Management Certification.

Hands on experience on Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured, Xampp etc

Experience in implementation of payment gateway / payment gateway wrapper for a bank.
