Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
professional to design, develop, and manage analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and implementing actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
CRM Analytics dashboards ,
lenses , and
datasets
to deliver key business insights.
Build and maintain
dataflows ,
recipes , and
bindings
within CRM Analytics.
Integrate
Salesforce data
with
external sources
(via Data Manager, connectors, or APIs).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and effective data governance within CRMA.
Work with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to align analytics with broader CRM strategy.
Implement
security predicates ,
row-level security , and
sharing inheritance
in datasets.
Develop documentation, training, and best practices for CRMA usage.
Support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain dashboards as per business needs.
