Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru for a BIM Engineer specializing in Scan to BIM, MEP, Interior, Structure, and Architecture. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models, preparing construction drawings, conducting MEP design, and collaborating with architectural, structural, and civil engineering teams. The role requires ensuring accuracy in modeling and documentation to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in construction drawings
• Experience of 2+ years in relevant Modeling of services
• Strong background in Architecture and Civil Engineering drawings reading
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring model accuracy
• Familiarity with Revit software and 3D modeling tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
