Job descriptionPerform thorough reviews of architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance. Identify and resolve design or coordination issues in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Collaborate closely with internal and external MEP engineers, leading coordination meetings to prevent technical clashes. Own the permit application strategy and maintain proactive communication with regulatory authorities. Interpret and enforce local / national building codes, fire regulations, PESO guidelines, NBC, and municipal by-laws. Lead submission of compliance documents and manage technical responses to authority queries. Mentor architects, drafters, and interns to ensure well-coordinated technical outputs. Uphold Landmarkz’s high-quality standards for documentation and design integrity. Develop and implement quality control protocols for architectural and MEP coordination across projects. Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies (e.g., PESO, Fire). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, and MS Office; experience with project scheduling tools is a plus. Preferred : Demonstrated hands-on experience with MEP drawing review, coordination, and quality assurance. Exceptional technical communicator, adept at leading meetings and coordinating with clients, authorities, and consultants. Strong knowledge of building codes and standards including UDCPR, NBC, IBC, and NFPA. Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) is a plus. Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement. Lead high-impact projects shaping the future of design and construction consultancy. Project Leadership & Design
- Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight.
- Own small to mid-value projects independently — managing design, compliance, and seamless delivery.
- Prepare, review, and ensure architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements.
- Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, set clear project goals, and manage resources to meet strict deadlines.
