What You’ll Do :
Partner with hiring managers to define roles and expectations
Source, screen, and shortlist top technical talent
Build a strong candidate pipeline via LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort etc.
Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
Engage with agencies and tech communities to build the trust in talent network
What You Bring :
Bachelors Degree in human resources field required.
4+ years in technical recruitment (IT / software roles)
Understanding of software development roles & skills
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
Proficiency in modern hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
