- A bachelor’s in any discipline, preferably Mass Communications, from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in advertising, marketing, PR, or a creative field.
- Exceptional English language - written and verbal communication skills, with ability to easily comprehend and translate ideas into clear and compelling content.
- Experience with digital content, crafted specifically for B2B customers with knowledge of accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Detail-oriented with focus on delivering accurate and brand abiding collateral.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and strategically prioritize demands under high-pressure and dynamic work environments. Expert at strategic brainstorming and creative execution.
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple projects for various business units simultaneously often with short deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and appreciate constructive feedback and revise work based on inputs.
- Have knowledge on SEO best practices and keyword research to increase gain and increase traction.
- Experience with WordPress, Uberflip, and other content creation tools would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent presentation and document creation skills.
Key responsibilities :
Write, proofread and edit content for print and digital publications for multiple marketing channels.Research and create various forms of content such as blogs, whitepapers, presentations, brochures, white papers, business documents, videos, social media posts, advertisements, audio-visuals, etc.Conduct in depth research of a subject before venturing into writing. Communicate appropriately with subject matter experts for support in new services and products.Work collaboratively with product, platform and other functional teams to create effective content and ensure on-time completion and delivery.Take full responsibility for every task from start to finish, and seek leader’s guidance when appropriate. Seek new opportunities to work on creative and new assignments to expand individual capabilities.Master brand guidelines, tone and voice. Ensure all brand guidelines are met while content creation and / or editing.Monitor industry news, competitor activities, trends and events. Share relevant insights and recommendations to ensure all content stays current.Research, conceptualize, create, and execute crucial ad campaign aspects - keyword research, ad copy creation, audience analysis, in-depth client / brand research.Be willing to invest personal time in learning new skills and understanding various digital mediums and technologies to aid marketing projects.Familiarity with best practices for content distribution channels such as social media, email marketing blog, etc., collaborate with the team to work on ad hoc tasks on demand.Zeal to proactively learn new subjects and acquire thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the organization.Committed to bring in fresh ideas, perspectives to always stay updated and current.Why join us?
