Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

SAP FICO Consultant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, with hands-on experience in Retail Finance, and a sound understanding of third-party finance integrations. The role demands close collaboration with global teams and requires effective communication, analytical skills, and a solution-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support business processes across various RTR functions including :

Banking and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) configuration

General Ledger (GL)

and

Intercompany Accounting

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Retail Finance

and

Supply Chain Accounting

Taxation and Treasury operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, perform system configuration, and implement best practices for RTR processes.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and integration issues in a timely manner.

Prepare functional specification documents, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation for enhancements and process improvements.

Engage with business stakeholders and provide consultative guidance on finance-related process optimization.

Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum

6 years of hands-on experience

in SAP FICO modules

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP S / 4HANA Finance experience is a plus.

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements in the retail sector.

Experience in Agile methodologies or working in a global delivery model.
