SAP FICO Lead - Implementation & Support

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support in a dynamic business :

- Lead the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO settings to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.

- Conduct testing and validation of SAP configurations and enhancements.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.

- Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 7-12 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in SAP.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Proficiency in configuring GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and controlling functionalities.

- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like MM and SD.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
