Job Description

About the Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive with expertise in Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Dangerous Goods (DG) qualification and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations including booking, documentation, and coordination with carriers, agents, and customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments in line with company standards and customer requirements.
• Manage DG cargo handling as per IATA / IMO regulations and ensure compliance with all safety and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth movement of cargo.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway bills.
• Provide updates to customers on shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain strong working relationships with airlines, shipping lines, and other logistics partners.
