Strategic Planning & Team Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic plans and guidelines for the team to achieve sales targets.
- Guide, coach, and train the team on Thermal and Generator remedial service offerings, cross-selling, and first-line service sales.
Sales Target Achievement
Ensure conversion of existing OSC opportunities and meet / exceed regional and overall targets.Identify additional business opportunities and create strategies for team execution.Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
Work directly with customers and facility managers to provide solutions aligned with their current and future requirements.Leverage Vertiv products and solutions to deliver vision and strategy to customers.Project Oversight & Process Compliance
Collaborate with department leads to ensure projects are delivered within company standards, budgets, and GP / OP targets.Ensure standardized and consistent quote / project documentation for internal efficiency.Talent Development
Utilize Vertiv coaching tools to develop team talent through regular coaching and open communication sessions.Conduct site visits to offices and manage remote support effectively.Skills Required
