What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Java developers, overseeing application development and support
• Guide the design, build, and deployment of scalable Java / Spring Boot solutions aligned with business needs
• Collaborate across teams, defining project scope and deliverables with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers
• Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews to ensure high-quality development
• Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing technical guidance and supporting their growth
