Job Summary

As an Associate in the Firmwide Resiliency Office Quality Assurance you will support the execution and expansion of our Quality Assurance program. You will work closely with all areas of the FRO organization and key stakeholders to promote adherence to our Business Resiliency Policy and Standard. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all lines of business and corporate functions hone problem-solving communication and leadership skills and strengthen your analytical skills while promoting innovation with process improvements.

Job responsibilities

• Performing quality assurance reviews identifying opportunities for improvement in the firms application of resiliency standards and guidelines.
• Collaborating with a broad stakeholder network communicating quality assurance results and supporting the provision of business resiliency subject matter expertise and advisory services.
• Analysing results documenting observations and tracking through resolution.
