We are seeking an experienced Associate Business Consultant with expertise in the Life Insurance domain , focusing on new business and policy servicing . The candidate will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, capturing requirements in detail and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with the business to understand and document requirements in the Life Insurance domain.
- Analyze business processes and provide suggestions for process / system improvements.
- Translate business requirements to technical specifications for the development team.
- Validate and test deliverables to ensure they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth policy administration and servicing processes.
Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain (new business, policy servicing).Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and capture detailed requirements.Knowledge of Ingenium Policy Administration System is preferred.Technical knowledge of PL / SQL is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to provide value-add suggestions for process / system improvements.Skills Required
