Senior UI / UX Designer [01 / 10 / 2025]

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and strategic Senior UI / UX Designer to lead the design of user-centric, visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role goes beyond just design — you will also mentor a small team of designers, engage with clients, and contribute to project pitches and strategic planning.

You should have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end UI / UX design process — from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final design delivery.
• Oversee and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure quality and consistency.
• Act as the design lead during client meetings, presentations, and project kickoffs — effectively articulating design thinking and rationale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define design requirements and solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with project goals and user needs.
• Ensure brand consistency and uphold design standards across all deliverables by managing and evolving our design systems and style guides.
• Contribute to proposals and pitches, bringing in UX strategy and design thinking as part of the pre-sales process.
• Stay on top of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance user experience.
