Fiinovation - Program Manager

Program the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Project Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, managing, and monitoring social development projects within the thematic areas of Health, Education, or Livelihoods.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive effective project implementation and ensure measurable social impact.

Key Conceptualization & Design

• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative project proposals across assigned thematic areas.
• Conduct research, needs assessments, and stakeholder consultations to identify social challenges and design impactful interventions.
• Prepare comprehensive project documents, including concept notes, proposals, log frames, budgets, and implementation plans aligned with donor requirements and organizational goals.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

Qualifications & Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.

Experience : 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in managing projects under Health, Education, or Livelihood thematic areas.
