Key Responsibilities :
- SAP FICO Configuration : Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and related sub-modules) to meet business requirements.
- Business Process Mapping : Analyze and map business processes, gather requirements, and create functional specifications.
- End-to-End Implementation : Lead or participate in full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. Provide guidance on best practices for SAP FICO implementation.
- Customization Optimization : Customize SAP FICO solutions, optimize configurations, and integrate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) to enhance business processes.
- Troubleshooting Support : Provide ongoing SAP support, troubleshoot system issues, and perform root-cause analysis to ensure business continuity.
- Testing Validation : Create and execute test scripts, validate configurations, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- User Training Documentation : Train key users and develop training materials. Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Collaboration : Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other functional consultants to deliver effective solutions.
- Change Management : Drive change management efforts within the SAP FICO module, ensuring successful adoption and minimizing disruption.
- Continuous Improvement : Recommend and implement process improvements within the SAP FICO landscape.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Experience : 6-10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with a strong track record in SAP FICO implementations, support, and enhancements.Core SAP FICO Modules : Expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA is a plus. Familiarity with SAP BW, SAP Reporting, and other analytics tools is an advantage.Business Knowledge : In-depth understanding of financial and controlling processes, including accounting, cost accounting, reporting, financial closing, and consolidation.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Certifications : SAP certification in FICO (or related fields) is highly preferred.Languages : Proficiency in English is required.
