Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Management : Lead and oversee a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Operational Oversight : Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.
• Strategic Planning & Growth : Develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
