We’re looking for a US Onboarding Specialist to help create a smooth, compliant, and welcoming experience for every new hire. If you love process, people, and making first days feel great—you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based hires
- Coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9 / E-Verify, and new hire paperwork
- Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, IT, and Hiring Managers
- Ensure onboarding processes are US labor-law compliant
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Experience of 1+ year in HR, People Ops, or Onboarding (US-focused)Strong knowledge of US employment compliance (I-9, E-Verify, W-4, etc.)Clear, friendly communicator who enjoys working with peopleComfortable working with HRIS and ATS tools👉 Interested?
