Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India .

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations, fostering a positive and engaging work culture, and ensuring that HR policies align with organizational goals. The role involves end-to-end HR management , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management , and compliance . You will work closely with the leadership team to support business growth through effective workforce planning and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for technical and business roles.
• Design and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks aligned with company culture.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives , training programs, and retention strategies.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles , feedback mechanisms, and career progression plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain and update HR systems, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance .
• Support leadership in strategic HR planning and organization development .
• Ensure a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
