Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India .
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations, fostering a positive and engaging work culture, and ensuring that HR policies align with organizational goals. The role involves end-to-end HR management , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management , and compliance . You will work closely with the leadership team to support business growth through effective workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for technical and business roles.
- Design and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks aligned with company culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives , training programs, and retention strategies.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles , feedback mechanisms, and career progression plans.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update HR systems, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance .
- Support leadership in strategic HR planning and organization development .
- Ensure a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR OperationsKnowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies and initiativesStrong understanding and experience in Human Resources processesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsRelevant professional certifications (e.G., HR, Talent Management) are an advantageExperience in a leadership or senior HR role within a technology or AI-driven organization is preferredBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
