Description :
- Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking & Financial Services industry, with significant experience in Finacle Core Banking and Payments systems.
- Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of end-to-end payment systems and processes (Cards, Mobile payments, Account-based payments), retail banking operations, product workflows, and reconciliation processes.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in creating process flows (e.g., Visio), documentation (BRDs, FSDs), and basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis / troubleshooting is highly valued.
- Methodologies : Experience working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies is often preferred.
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication (written and verbal), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven stakeholder management abilities.
Technical / Domain Skills :

Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Lead workshops and engage with business stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Finance) to understand, gather, and document functional needs for Finacle Payments enhancements and integrations.Documentation & Deliverables : Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process flows, and gap analyses. Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and maintained with proper version control.Finacle Functional Expertise : Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finacle Core Banking, with strong hands-on expertise in payments modules (e.g., NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, IMPS, UPI, etc.). Support Finacle parameterization, product configuration, and impact assessments for change requests.System Testing & UAT : Drive end-to-end testing lifecycle, including preparing UAT test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate UAT cycles with business users, track defects, and ensure timely resolution and sign-off.Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary bridge between business users, technology teams, and external vendors. Communicate progress updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.Process Improvement & Compliance : Identify opportunities to streamline or optimize payment processes within Finacle workflows.
