ServiceNow Sr Admin (5-8 Years)

Must Have Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow administration
• Ability to demonstrate and lead on defining ITSM best practices, testing & migration approach.
• Experience in participating Technical Governance board assisting on Technical Analysis of new features, tech debt.
• Experience with Release planning, release governance , production readiness review
• Familiar with administration of Custom Codes
• Hands on experience in leading at least 2 ServiceNow upgrades, establishing best practices.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Hands on experience with Performance Analytics
• Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
• Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management
• Experience of LDAP / Active Directory / SSO implementation
• Experience in the Agile Software Development Cycle
