Key responsibilities
- Sales and Team Management : Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets for financial products like secured business loans, home loans, and personal loans.
- Sales Operations : Manage a network of DSAs (Dealer Sales Agents), conduct field visits, and handle the end-to-end sales process for securing new business.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Process Adherence : Ensure the sales team follows all necessary processes, maintain accurate reports, and update systems in a timely manner.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor key performance indicators, track targets versus achievements, and provide insights to improve team performance
