[02 / 11 / 2025] Sr. Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President - Trade Credit

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :

Deal Origination -

1. To deep dive & mine for origination of new business by forging new relationships

2. Product and process innovation

3. Managing mandatory and regulatory MIS

Account Management -

1. Coordinating with regional & global account managers for Key Banking relationships

2. Discussion with Insurance companies for structuring deals, terms & conditions for policy holders

3. Coordination includes continuous communication with in identifying opportunities in FI segment for Credit Insurance, Political Risk, Structured Credit and Bank-Surety syndication deals within Private / MNC / Public Sector Bank, NBFC’s and Factoring companies.

4. Continuous negotiating on premium & other terms in offer terms

Core Activities -

1. Originate new clients & to coordinate with client’s operational team and Insurance companies ensuring day-to-day operations are complied with under the policy conditions.

2. To Negotiate on commercial quotes, execution of deals on behalf of clients with insurance company.

3. Coordinate with international office of marsh for seeking technical and reinsurance support

4. Regular client meetings with FI and Insurance team to ensure operational efficiency and will involve travelling PAN India as per the requirements, base location will be Mumbai.

5. To support the team on product knowledge about Trade Finance and take lead for origination and execution of deal.

What you need to have :

• Post-Graduation in Business Management from premier institute for CA / CS.
• Preferred work experience between 5 to 8 years and should have worked with a Bank or NBFC Factoring agency.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Candidate should have background work experience from Trade Products / Transaction Banking / Trade Sales / Factoring Sales / Supply Chain financing / Core Trade Operations.
• Sound knowledge of working capital facility with understanding of all trade products – Fund and Non-Fund based products
