Automation Control Engineer

We are seeking an Automation Control Engineer to program and configure control systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of automation devices and providing technical support for field installations and startups.

Role & Responsibilities

• Possess proficiency in PLCs, operator interface programs, and variable frequency drives .
• Have a strong working knowledge of how automation devices operate and interact in manufacturing environments.
• Be able to program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and drives .
• Possess an in-depth understanding of field sensors , including flow, temperature, pressure, and level transmitters.
• Be capable of providing field service and technical support .
• Possess knowledge of sanitary and industrial processes (e.g., CIP, SIP, DI water) and their application in system design.
• Be involved hands-on in field installations and start-up support for assigned projects.
• Supervise control panel fabrication when required.
• Conduct equipment training sessions for clients and create installation documentation.
