Software Tester - Selenium

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute thorough manual testing of software applications ensuring high quality deliverables
• Perform database testing and validate data integrity using SQL queries
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman to verify service functionality and performance
• Collaborate with the automation team using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD)
• Participate in release testing activities to ensure readiness and quality of product releases
• Work effectively within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Communicate defects clearly and work closely with developers to facilitate timely Skills & Experience :
• 8 to 10 years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong knowledge of database testing and API testing using Postman
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
• Good understanding of release management and Agile development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
