About the Role :

RealtyNXT is looking for a

Digital Content Lead (Junior)

— a sharp, creative all-rounder who can research, script, shoot, and edit content while confidently representing the brand on camera. You’ll manage daily execution across content, design, and video while being an active face and voice in interviews, explainer videos, and digital stories.

This is a hands-on creator-operator role built for someone with up to 2 years of experience who’s ready to grow into a future content leader.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Video Creation

– Research, script, and produce original digital content (reels, explainers, interviews, and thought-led videos).

– Appear confidently on camera for brand videos, interviews, and on-ground coverage.

– Collaborate with the video team to review and edit footage for social and editorial platforms.

Editorial & Creative Execution

– Support the publication of blogs, articles, and social media posts.

– Maintain content hygiene : tone, captions, hashtags, and posting discipline.

– Contribute to content calendars, ensuring timely publishing across channels.

Research & Strategy Support

– Track trends in real estate, PropTech, and construction sectors to fuel content ideas.

– Assist in campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions.

– Build research-backed storylines for interviews, features, and short videos.

Operational Ownership

– Coordinate with design, video, and editorial teams for smooth workflow.

– Pre-review deliverables before submission for quality and accuracy.

– Ensure weekly and monthly content schedules are consistently met.

Requirements

– 1–2 years of experience in digital media, content, or creative production.

– Comfortable appearing on camera; confident communicator.

– Skilled in scripting, video coordination, and basic editing.

– Understanding of social media formats and publishing tools.

– Strong organizational ability and eye for detail.

– Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow with the brand.
