Location : Chennai (DLF IT Park)

Job Description :

Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking

8+ years’ experience with agile delivery approaches, ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role

Experience in working with T24 must have

Through understanding of private banking value chain and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape

Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking

Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering

Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement assertiveness

Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
