JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute installation of CNC machining centers
• Plan and execute machining production as per daily plan.
• Manpower planning & training for CNC machining centre
• Drive Right First Time Quality production.
• Achieve 100% Delivery targets.
• Liaise with Quality, Manufacturing, maintenance to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, Quality circles.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing (5 S , TPM )
• Hands on experience of CNC machining, Tooling & programming
• Knowledge about basic concepts like work offset, height offset, cutting parameters calculation.
• Knowledge about trouble shooting of machining problems.
• Knowledge about fixturing and cutting tools and probe.
• Knowledge of geometrical accuracies of CNC machines
• Should be able to read machining drawing and should understand GD&T Role & responsibilities
