About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic QA leader to head the Quality Assurance function. This role involves building and driving the QA strategy across Payments, Lending, and Wealth verticals, ensuring that all customer-facing and internal systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, security, and compliance. The Head of QA will manage a team of QA engineers, automation specialists, and test managers, while also collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the end-to-end QA vision, strategy, and roadmap across business verticals.
• Build and lead a high-performing QA organization (automation, performance, and security testing).
• Champion a shift-left approach to embed quality early in the product lifecycle.
